Recreation Activities Coordinator | Full-Time
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate resort activities, special events.
- Create, develop, and innovate activity concepts that enhance the guest experience and reflect the resort's brand.
- Coordinate set up, and break down all activity spaces, equipment, and materials in a safe, efficient, and organized manner.
- Draft, update, and distribute the resort's activity guide, ensuring program information is accurate, engaging, and guest-friendly.
- Communicate activity details across departments-Front Office, Recreation, Food & Beverage, and others-to ensure seamless execution.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner that promotes participation and builds memorable experiences.
- Assist with activity reservations, guest inquiries, and overall recreation support as needed.
- Support the recreation team during peak periods, including holidays, weekends, and special events.

- Prior experience in hospitality, recreation, events, or customer service preferred.

- Must be able to push, pull, lift, or move moderate weight as part of activity setup and breakdown.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
