Job Title: Dealership Office Worker
Location: Garland, TX
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dealership Office Worker. As a vital member of our administrative staff, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
2. Assist in managing phone calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
3. Support the finance and sales departments with paperwork and documentation.
4. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office space.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
