Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Janitorial Worker to help maintain a clean and functional facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure our facilities are always tidy and ready for business. Being reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented is essential, as the ideal candidate will have experience using janitorial equipment and performing general cleaning tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and manual dexterity.

You will make a HUGE impact by:

• Ensuring the facility is spotless and inviting for members, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized environment, helping the entire team succeed in providing excellent service.
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of the building, keeping it maintained and in excellent condition.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in offices, breakrooms, and smaller areas.
• Operating large floor scrubbers for the warehouse and larger areas.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Securing doors and ensuring the facility is locked after hours.
• Cleaning up spills with the appropriate equipment.
• Performing minor repairs as needed and notifying supervisors of major repair needs.
• Regularly collecting and disposing of trash.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keeping cleaning supplies stocked and organized.
• Collaborating with contract cleaning services as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
