Bilingual Window Teller – Customer Service
Full-Time | $15/hr | Harris County
Join a team where customer service truly matters. Openwork is hiring Bilingual Window Tellers to support the Harris County Tax Office — helping residents complete important vehicle and tax services every day.
What You’ll Do:
You will be the go-to resource for customers who need:
- Vehicle registrations, titles, and licensing support.
- Clear explanations in English and a second language.
- Quick and accurate payment processing.
- Help verifying documentation and entering records into secure state systems.
This role is fast-paced and mission-driven. You’ll receive paid training and strong support to help you learn and succeed.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED (U.S.-accredited)
- At least 6 months of recent , in-person customer service with cash handling
(Retail, hospitality, banking, or similar experience) - Typing 30+ WPM.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese.
- Strong attention to detail and a committed, professional demeanor.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays possible)
- $15/hour, paid weekly.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance available.
- Assignments available across multiple Harris County locations
All candidates must successfully complete background checks, drug screening, and employment/education verification.
