UPS Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer – UPS / Critical Power
Travel Required
Seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support UPS and critical power systems across mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain UPS systems
- Troubleshoot and repair UPS, batteries, switchgear, STS, and PDUs
- Perform preventive maintenance and site audits
- Complete service reports and support large installations
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Train customers on system operation
Requirements
- 5+ years of UPS / critical power experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and single-line diagrams
- Experience with major UPS manufacturers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel
Preferred
- Electrical/Electronics degree
- OEM certifications
- Experience with generators, ATS, or data centers
