Overview

This role has a hybrid work set-up with 4 days on-site in the Austin, TX office per week.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to HR and employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and policies
• Manage onboarding workflows, ensuring compliance and clear communication
• Maintain accurate employee data within HR platforms
• Contribute to the development and updating of HR knowledge bases and process documentation
• Assist in creating HR communications and content to enhance employee engagement

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-1 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee support
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Any exposure to additional HR systems like Responsive, Qvidian, or Wiki is a plus
• Skills in content creation tools such as Murf or Snagit
