$20,800 guaranteed base salary (paid weekly) plus a $36,000 annual draw, providing the stability of approximately $56,800 in income while you ramp up, with a realistic $130,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential and uncapped commissions , allowing top performers to exceed these earnings based on performance significantly. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to drive business growth throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This is a high-performance sales role suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at relationship-building, and are motivated by significant earning potential. The representative will educate customers on a streamlined cashless hail damage repair process, manage client relationships, and guide customers through the repair journey from initial contact through completion. Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business opportunities through qualified leads and referrals.
- Educate customers on paintless dent repair and the insurance claims process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the repair cycle.
- Represent our client’s brand professionally in the field and community.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends and effectively communicate our client’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Automotive, insurance, home services, roofing, or outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
