Executive Assistant
This role is based in Austin, TX and you will be expected to meet with the CEO occasionally (Downtown Austin, TX) and help out with events/errands in person.
Vironix Health ( is one the fastest growing Ai-health technology companies across the globe with cutting edge virtual care management (VCM) technologies that provide invaluable preventative care to patients with coronary, respiratory, and kidney diseases. Our comprehensive, flagship product provides Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM), and Complex Chronic Care Management (CCCM) services to physician practices for enhanced patient care and significant new revenue generation. We further provide cellular-enabled devices, software, mobile apps, and monitoring staff to support patients and improve outcomes while reducing healthcare costs and hospitalizations.
Compensation-wise, we are open to a W2 with benefits or a 1099 contractor with no benefits (at a higher hourly rate).
This Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role as the company grows and scales over the coming months. As this is a fast-moving startup environment, we are looking for someone who can operate independently, think proactively, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Managing vendors (HR, Paychex, Zoho, and any companies that do operational activities for us).
- Completing expense reports
- Scheduling meetings/calls
- Getting new employees onboarded (insurance, payroll, etc)
- Making purchases
- Social Media updates
- Running company errands for events if/when needed
- Crafting and maintaining agendas at various meetings
- Doing a large number of misc activities to take the burden off of the CEO's plate.
