Salesforce Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX. This role requires deep Salesforce development expertise, particularly in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and scalable API‑driven architectures.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salesforce Developer job responsibilities include:

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, including data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures.

• Develop high‑quality Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API‑based solutions following best practices and coding standards.

• Lead technical governance by defining development guidelines, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to configuration and architectural standards.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

• Optimize system performance and scalability through data volume management, governor limit strategies, and efficient query patterns.

• Mentor development teams, guide stakeholders during discovery sessions, and support technical decision‑making across Agile delivery cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 8–10 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and solution design experience.

• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and scalable integration patterns across large enterprise orgs.

• Proven ability to lead technical design, enforce coding standards, and drive end‑to‑end delivery within Agile environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
