Cemetery Services Associate

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Cemetery Services Associate to support cemetery operations at Roselawn in Seagoville, TX with $15/hr pay for a 6 months contract (temp only). This position plays an important role in preparing burial sites, maintaining cemetery grounds, and helping create a respectful environment for families and visitors. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; additional shifts on Saturdays and Mondays as needed

Dress Code: Jeans or khakis (no holes), plain t-shirt/sweatshirt (no logos), jacket with no logo, winter hat/stocking cap with no logo, and steel-toe footwear.

What You’ll Do:

• Set cemetery markers and assist with opening and closing graves.
• Set up and tear down tents, chairs, and other equipment for burial services.
• Maintain cemetery grounds including mowing, weed eating, trash pickup, and general upkeep.
• Level or set headstones as needed.
• Assist with burial service setup and breakdown.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• No driving or operation of heavy machinery required.
• Background check required prior to start.
• Must wear steel-toe shoes/boots.
