Responsibilities Include:
Perform maintenance and repairs in apartment units
Assist with managing and mentoring maintenance team (for Lead roles)
Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
Keep organized records of completed maintenance work

Qualifications:
HVAC certification required
EPA and CPO certifications preferred
Prior experience in apartment maintenance or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO)
