Job Title: Night Shift Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Team Leader to oversee our operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the night shift team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
