The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with demanding timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-end finishes are installed per specifications, maintaining the premium quality expected by luxury retail brands.

  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site.

  • Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules and coordinate multiple trades efficiently.

  • Exceptional understanding of interior finishes, millwork, lighting, and MEP coordination.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, drawings, and schedules.

  • Familiar with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to travel 100% of the time and remain on-site throughout project duration.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate active construction sites for extended periods.

  • Must be comfortable working in varied conditions, including occupied retail spaces, tight build-out schedules, and during off-hours.

  • Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and operating tools may be required.

Benefits
  • Paid travel expenses

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off and holidays

  • Performance-based bonuses

If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering high-end commercial spaces, we’d love to connect with you. This is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic and design-focused construction team delivering premium retail environments nationwide.
