MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 1ST SHIFT

Snelling Staffing is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX 78264 to join a mechanical maintenance team at an automotive manufacturing plant located on the south side of San Antonio. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities and equipment. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- Starting at $20.00-$23.00/hr+ DOE
- South San Antonio, TX area
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 1st SHIFT DUTIES:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on paint shop equipment, including spray booths, conveyors, and robotic systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor and maintain paint delivery systems to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and inspections to uphold safety and operational efficiency
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 1st SHIFT REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
- Have reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
