QC Technician

QC Technician with CDL

Location : Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $21+/hr. (based on experience) + full benefits

Position Overview:

Southwest International Trucks is seeking an experienced QC Technician with Class A or B CDL and a manual transmission endorsement to join our Dallas Team . This full-time role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and company incentives.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct road tests and inspections of trucks and buses following repairs to verify safety and performance standards.
• Document inspection results, noting any defects, non-conformances, or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve quality concerns and confirm completed repairs.
• Perform work in shop, yard, and on-road environments as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clear driving history
• Manual Transmission Endorsement
• At least 3 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck industry
• Experience operating and inspecting trucks and buses with manual transmissions
• Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
