  • Lead and develop the vendor network to secure the best partners – assess market needs, warehouse space, financial impact, and performance; manage vendor selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and onboarding

Coach and empower vendor network to properly manage total operations, roles, & responsibilities – processes, manuals, space optimization, asset quality control and maintenance, storage, deliveries, tracking, and business enterprise software tools – ensuring RBNA Event Logistics standards are met

Establish local vendor partners as regional points of contact internally and externally, ensuring smooth relationships and integration with key stakeholders and collaboration across regional, national and global goals

Maintain and document Red Bull Standards, expectations, and evaluations through ongoing market visits – audits, pictures, scorecards, analytics, feedback, and meetings/trainings with key stakeholders

  • Proactively run reports, crunch data, and analyze local vendor space, local needs, and costs versus event volume to ensure we’re optimizing market-level resourcing and coverage

Partner regionally by delivering executive-ready insights to leadership on marketing operations performance, including state of the business, key wins, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement

Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders and establish aligned and effective ways of working that enable a true partnership

Own and track local POS needs by market across entire region through data analytics, internal and external feedback, monthly ordering & tracking, and strategic annual business planning

Partner with Legal and Risk teams to identify, assess, and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks through proactive planning and compliance oversight; proactively manage, track, & keep current all vendor partner master services agreements and insurance policies
