Snelling seeks several dedicated General Labor candidates to join a dynamic team in Temple, TX. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical labor and the use of tools, helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities for General Labor:

• Task Execution: Perform general labor duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Tool Use: Operate power and hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Loading/Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift repetitively.

Skills and Abilities:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of equipment and machinery.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using power and hand tools.
• Warehouse Knowledge: Familiar with warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
