Join a team that helps families keep their homes and pools clean and safe. As an Extrusion Blow Molding Technician, you’ll turn cold-start machinery into full-speed production, shaping containers that meet exacting standards for quality and safety. You’ll collaborate across production, keep meticulous records, and continuously refine processes for efficiency.

What your day looks like

You open your line, bring a blow molder from cold condition to steady-state, retrieve PLC parameters, and make fine adjustments to hit target specs. Through the shift, you perform size changeovers, complete quality checks, document machine profile changes, and coordinate with production personnel to maintain throughput. You wrap up by updating logs, reading posted notices on process changes, and leaving a spotless, safe work area.

Your impact

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding equipment from start-up to sustained production.
• Retrieve and adjust PLC programming information to maintain container quality.
• Conduct changeovers for bottle sizes and complete related documentation.
• Perform routine quality checks; update production and quality records for assigned lines.
• Communicate with production teams to coordinate efficient process flow.
• Stay current on process updates by reviewing logs, special procedures, and posted notices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety programs.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a facility running blow molders; Uniloy experience is a plus.
• Solid basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Comfort working around strong fumes and loud machinery.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $24. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
