Program Support Specialist, I
Position Summary
SigmaCorps Solutions is seeking a dependable and organized Program Support Specialist to join the Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) Inventory Management team. As the prime contractor on this effort, SigmaCorps is responsible for delivering full-spectrum inventory management support across the GBAD program. This role provides operational, logistical, and administrative support during the development, testing, and fielding of emerging Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems. The position requires the ability to work effectively in both office environments and austere field locations, supporting program personnel across a range of events and activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the GBAD Inventory Management program team, including support of Government Acceptance Test activities and coordination with the Test Engineer, Data Scientist, Database Management Analyst, and external test personnel.
• Support data collection activities including recording, organizing, and submitting program and inventory data in accordance with established plans, procedures, and Government Acceptance Test Data Requirements.
• Assist with coordination of meetings, technical working groups, test events, and training activities.
• Support site setup, operation, and teardown at test and training locations as directed, including assisting with test equipment configuration, equipment setup, and data collection architecture.
• Maintain and update program tracking tools, equipment logs, and program documentation, including tracking Government Acceptance Test activities, system configurations, and test results in GCSS-MC, ELMS (DPAS), or applicable systems as required.
• Perform security and access control duties at test and training sites as required.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials, and event support including loading, transport, and inventory control.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of program records, reports, and correspondence; support post-test documentation, deficiency tracking, and data package development.
• Coordinate with team members to support smooth program operations and communications.
Qualifications
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a related operational, logistics, or program support role.
• Familiarity with military, defense, or government program operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate in both standard office environments and austere field locations.
• Must be able to stand, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
• Licensed driver, able to operate and transport vehicles as required.
Preferred Skills
• Military/DoD experience preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in a related operational, logistics, or support role.
• Familiarity with C4 systems, networks, or defense equipment.
• CompTIA Security+.
• Veteran strongly preferred.
Education
High School Diploma required. Additional technical training or certifications in a related field are a plus.
Working Conditions
• Standard office and warehouse environments at the SigmaCorps facility in Stafford, VA (within 5 road miles of MCB Quantico via Russell or Fuller Gates).
• CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for test events, Product Manager meetings, and audit support.
• Work is conducted within SigmaCorps' ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System.
• Facility operates with active Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret safeguarding.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance. Candidates must be eligible to receive and use a Common Access Card (CAC). Classified handling responsibilities are executed in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDI 5200.01, and the SigmaCorps DD-254.
