Marketing & Communications Specialist 1
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or other related fields preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
Proven experience in conference and event marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
Ability to multi-task is critical to success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Familiarity with Monday.com or other program management tools.
Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations with some financial acumen.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Some domestic (US) travel required (10-15%).
TEL operates on a hybrid work model which requires at least 3 days a week in our new downtown Austin office with a beautiful view of LadyBird Lake.
