LaSalle Network is partnering with a third-party administrator to hire a Healthcare Benefits Specialist – 2nd Shift ! This fully remote role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others navigate their healthcare benefits.

As a Healthcare Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring members understand their healthcare coverage. This includes explaining plan benefits, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance in a clear and empathetic way.

Healthcare Benefits Specialist Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare benefits
• Explain coverage details, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions and concerns
• Document interactions accurately and efficiently in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve complex issues

Healthcare Benefits Specialist Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare benefits, insurance, or a related field is required
• Strong ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner
• Prior experience with third-party administrators is a major plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
• Reliable high-speed internet for remote work

Pay starting at $18/hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience
