Technical Product Manager - Commercial Insurance

Requirements <\/h3>

• 2\-4 years of commercial insurance product management experience in a technology\-driven environment.

• Strong technical fluency, including APIs, system integrations, and data flows. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Practical experience with insurance policy administration system (PAS) and quote\-to\-bind workflow. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Deep understanding of UX impact. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation programs is a strong plus. <\/span>
  <\/li>
  
  
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces, using experimentation and learning to guide decisions.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Clear, confident communication with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experience working within agile or iterative product development frameworks.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
