About Us

We are a family-owned used car business south of downtown Fort Worth. We have been in business since 2000. We have served many customers over the years, many are referred, as well as repeat customers. Our location and Google ads let other potential customers know where to find us. We are a Buy Here Pay Here dealership with in-house financing. We are looking for an experienced, mature individual with a great work ethic and desire to succeed in the car business. This individual we are seeking will interact with our customers with care and guide them in their used car buying journey.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Sales/Underwriting Associate located in Fort Worth, TX. The Sales/Underwriting Associate will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing risks, and determining the terms and conditions under which a loan can be granted. They will understand the sales process and work closely with other sales team members to understand client needs and assist in structuring suitable offers. Duties will include analyzing financial data, preparing quotes, selling used vehicles, and maintaining detailed records of underwriting and sales activities.

Qualifications

· Underwriting and Risk Assessment skills

· Sales, Customer Service skills

· Communication and Interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and Organizational skills

· Experience in the auto financing industry is a plus

· Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

Requirements:

· Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Must be a hard worker, with a good work ethic.

· Must be honest and trustworthy.

· Must be able to work with Microsoft Office and our CRM.
