Guidewire/Earnix Rating Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Guidewire/Earnix Rating Lead for an onsite Contract opportunity in San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX . The ideal candidate brings strong P&C insurance rating expertise and the ability to deliver accurate, scalable, and compliant pricing models.

Rate Range: $50 to $53/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Guidewire / Earnix Rating Lead job responsibilities include:

• Designing, configuring, and implementing rating solutions using the Earnix rating engine to support P&C insurance pricing

• Integrating Earnix with Guidewire systems to ensure seamless rating workflows across policy lifecycle

• Ensuring pricing models and rating algorithms are compliant, scalable, and aligned with actuarial requirements

• Managing rating changes across implementations, enhancements, and production support activities

• Collaborating with actuarial, underwriting, product, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical rating configurations

• Troubleshooting rating discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of rating logic, and optimizing performance

• Providing leadership across rating initiatives and guiding teams with deep P&C rating knowledge

Desired Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience in P&C insurance rating solutions

• Strong hands‑on experience with Earnix , Guidewire Rating , and rating model configuration

• Solid understanding of P&C insurance pricing , rating factors, rules, underwriting impacts, and regulatory compliance

• Experience with rating migrations, modernization programs, and integration with policy systems

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
