We are a Farmers Insurance Agency in Kaufman, TX looking for a motivated and friendly Marketer/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest, gather information and build quotes for our licensed sales agents. If you enjoy talking to people and are goal-driven, this is a great opportunity to grow in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided call lists
- Generate leads and gather information needed to build quotes
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation
- Accurately document call results and customer information
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment goals
- Represent the Farmers Insurance brand in a positive, professional manner
- strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic computer skills
- Previous telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred (not required)
