This is a full-time on-site role for a Kids Club Lead Associate located in The Woodlands, TX. In this role, the Kids Club Lead Associate will oversee daily operations of the kids club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children. Responsibilities include supervising activities, managing staff and schedules, maintaining a clean and organized space, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. The Kids Club Lead Associate will also ensure compliance with safety policies and assist with developing engaging activities and programs for children.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Experience in child care, activity planning, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to manage schedules, monitor safety regulations, and maintain an organized facility.
• Prior experience in a kids club, daycare, or similar environment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of first aid and CPR certification highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in child supervision or education is a plus.
