RD Recruiter
The Recruiter, Automation Fulfillment is a key individual contributor at Randstad Digital responsible for driving the full-lifecycle recruitment process within a high-volume, automated environment. This role serves as a strategic bridge between client hiring managers and the talent community, focusing on the seamless execution of workforce planning and fulfillment strategies.
The primary objective of this position is to manage and optimize Vendor Management System (VMS) operations. This includes the daily monitoring of requisitions, ensuring 100% compliance with client standards, and maintaining real-time visibility of the candidate pipeline. By analyzing performance KPIs and embedding within client teams, the Recruiter identifies trends and implements corrective actions to improve submittal-to-hire ratios and overall service delivery.

- participate in quarterly business reviews (qbrs) with vms/msp teams when invited.
- monitor vms portals daily for new job requisitions.
- track candidate submissions in internal ats and vms for real-time visibility.
- ensure all submissions meet compliance standards (certifications, background checks, drug screens).
- manage offers through the vms (acceptance, negotiation, counter-offers).
- ensure consultants submit timesheets in the correct vms system and approve timecards if required.
- manage consultant extensions, rate increases, or project changes through the vms.
- generate vms reports on submittals, interviews, offers, starts, and fill ratios.
- track performance kpis such as time-to-submit, submittal-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, and start-to-submission ratio.
- analyze declining trends and recommend corrective actions.
What you need to bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0-3 years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- client relationship management: build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and expectations.
- strategic planning: embed with client teams to understand their long-term workforce needs and align community strategies accordingly.
- vendor management system (vms) expertise: navigate vms portals daily to manage job requisitions, candidate submissions, and offers.
- data analysis and reporting: generate and analyze vms reports to track performance, identify declining trends, and recommend solutions.
- compliance and risk management: ensure all submissions, timesheets, and project changes meet compliance standards, including certifications and background checks.
- communication: communicate effectively with clients, hiring managers, and vms/msp teams while respecting program boundaries.
- recruitment & talent management: manage the full lifecycle of a consultant's placement, from submission and negotiation to timesheet approval and project changes.
- partnership building: develop and maintain strategic relationships with both clients and community partners.
Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
