Property and Casualty Insurance Agent

The Opportunity:

Brightway Insurance is hiring an Experienced Insurance Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX . In this role you’ll build strong community partnerships, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service. You’ll assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored policy solutions that fit their unique situations. This position offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth. Responsibilities:

• Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships
• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold an active TX General Lines Agent License at time of application
• 1-3 years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Compensation: Annual Salary, plus Commission

• Base Salary: $35k -45K annually, PLUS commission
• First year total earnings average 55-70K+
