Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System (MHS) in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Integrated Services team at our flagship campus in Dallas, TX to work collaboratively with our team of physicians.
MMG in Dallas, Texas, is a leading, multi-specialty physician organization affiliated with Methodist Health System. MMG offers a spectrum of medical and surgical specialties including; Primary Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Hospital Medicine, Neurological Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedic Surgery, Transplant Surgery and various other specialty service lines.

Position Highlights:
- This position will act as a liaison to the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program but will also work on transition care and other integrated care delivery needs.
- Works in collaboration with the MTM program on outpatient medication management and utilization for MHS employees and families
- Works closely with the ACO to help manage and develop preventative care, quality improvement and chronic disease management programs
- Works with Hospitalist program and Primary Care physicians to develop, implement and manage transition of care management program
- Reports directly to CMO
Required Qualifications:
- Board-certified Physician Assistant
- Active Texas medical license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical practice
- Strong interest in Medication Therapy Management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
