Benefits
- Collaborative, in-person culture. Everyone works in-office Monday–Friday, which helps us move fast, solve problems together, and build a culture that’s genuinely fun and connected.
- Comprehensive benefits. Competitive health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching, and a suite of voluntary benefits to support your health, well-being, and financial future.
- Good people, good times. Monthly All-Hands, Office Olympics, happy hours, and more. We take the work seriously and the culture seriously too.
- You're getting in early, and that matters. We're growing fast, but the biggest opportunities are still ahead. The people joining now will help shape what Perry Weather becomes.
Note: We value in-person collaboration; therefore, remote work is not an option. This role is fully onsite, Monday – Friday.
