Interim Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Maternity Leave Coverage) | 6-Week Contract | January 2026 | Cypress, TX

Now hiring a skilled and motivated CCC-SLP to join a team for a 6-week temporary maternity leave coverage in a clinician-owned pediatric private practice in Cypress, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pediatric therapist to step into a thriving clinic environment and make a meaningful impact.

Details

• Assignment Duration: Approximately 1/12/26 – 2/20/26

• Preferred Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (4x10s)

• Caseload: Pediatric, in-clinic only

• Possibility of permanent placement after coverage ends

Compensation Options

W-2 Pay Per Visit (PPV):

• $30–$40 per 30-minute treatment session (based on experience)

• $80 per evaluation (1 hour)

• $25/hour for meetings

1099 Contractor:

• $30 per 30-minute treatment session

• $80 per evaluation

Who We’re Looking For

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certification Required)

• Must hold a valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology License

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience (1 year can be CF or internships)

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and a passion for pediatric care
