Manufacturing Associates
We are now hiring for Production Associates for a Manufacturing company in San Marcos, TX. These positions are starting ASAP! Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525.
Schedule / Pay:
- 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm $18/hr (Will train on 1st shift for the first few weeks Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm).
- 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am $19/hr (Will train on 1st shift for the first few weeks Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm).
Job Summary:
Complete general fabrication of product in accordance with specifications per company standards by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Practice lean production methods.
- Inventory parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures, and Manufacturing Specifications regarding manufacturing.
- Assists in training less experienced employees in set-up and quality production standards.
- Move material with appropriate equipment throughout the work area as needed.
- Report any discrepancies in material to management.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Examine parts for defects and measure parts to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Complete standard job sheets for each job.
