Requirements:

• Must have 2 years’ RN Cath Lab experience.
• Experience in a critical care setting (ICU, ED, etc) or previous Cath/EP Lab setting- PREFERRED.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing-PREFERRED.
• Proof of Taxable Address -Driver’s License, Current Utility Bill, Lease/Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement/Bill, Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance Statement/Bill, Voter Registration, Bank Statement, Auto Insurance, Tax Return.
• Active American Heart Association ACLS.
• Active American Heart Association BLS.
• Texas license (Compact Allowed).
• ACLS (AHA).
