Forklift Operator - Sit Down - Now Hiring

Ready to leverage your high-level equipment skills in a demanding, fast-paced environment? We are hiring expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists who can handle complex pallet movement and racking operations. This opportunity focuses on maximizing inventory throughput and offers a rewarding challenge with great weekly earnings and advancement potential.

Your responsibilities:

- Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
- Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
- Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
- Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
- Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.

work hours: 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
