Plumbing Technical Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Plumbing Technical Assistants .
This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of plumbing experience who are ready to deepen their technical skills through a structured, paid training program and pursue long-term career growth in a high-demand trade. This position combines hands-on field experience with formal training, offering a clear pathway toward advancement within the plumbing profession.
Paid Training Program
Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive, employer-sponsored training program designed to build advanced plumbing knowledge and job readiness.
- Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
- Paid, structured training provided
- Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
- Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
- Training begins at the end of April 2026
- Interviews will be conducted remotely
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential and/or commercial settings
- Apply existing plumbing knowledge while learning advanced systems, tools, and techniques
- Learn, understand, and follow applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Prepare job sites by organizing materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas during and after job completion
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, licensed plumbers, and team members
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum one (1) year of plumbing experience
- Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
- Ability to attend and successfully complete all required training sessions
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
