What You'll Do
Recruiting
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of industries and positions.
- We have a TON of tools & resources to help during every step of the proven process.
- Build relationships with top talent and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new client relationships.
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- We have a proven method to the madness. (Do the work. Trust the process.)
- Generate job orders and staffing opportunities.
- Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and executives.
- Help grow a purpose-driven recruiting company with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Experience working remotely and successfully managing your own schedule.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding technical proficiency.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- High integrity and impeccable character.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
- Comfortable using technology, LinkedIn, and recruiting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
