岗位职责

• 
  负责 Accounts Payable 与 Accounts Receivable 相关日常账务处理


• 
  审核发票、付款申请及收款记录，确保账务数据准确


• 
  跟进客户收款及供应商付款情况，处理对账事宜


• 
  协助完成月度及年度财务结算相关工作


• 
  整理及维护财务档案和相关报表

任职要求

• 
  具备 Accounting 或财务相关工作经验


• 
  具有 AP / AR 实务操作经验


• 
  熟悉基础会计流程及财务数据处理


• 
  工作认真细致，具备良好的责任心及时间管理能力


• 
  能够周一至周五（ Mon–Fri ）现场办公（ On-site ）

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable


• Verify invoices, payment requests, and collection records to ensure data accuracy


• Monitor customer collections and vendor payments; handle reconciliation tasks


• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing processes


• Organize and maintain financial archives and related reports

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounting or finance-related roles


• Practical experience with AP/AR operations


• Familiarity with fundamental accounting processes and financial data handling


• Diligent and detail-oriented with strong accountability and time management skills


• Available for Monday–Friday on-site work
