We are seeking a full-time experienced carpenter to join a small team and work on mixed project types. This role involves supervising apprentices and juniors, with frequent travel to multiple sites. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Frame construction and finish carpentry
- Material cutting and blueprint interpretation
- Tool maintenance and site preparation
- Ensure safety compliance on all sites
- Installation, repair work, and quality inspection
- Supervise apprentices and junior team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in carpentry, blueprint reading, measurement, and layout
- Skilled in power tool operation and woodworking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a team environment
