Key Responsibilities:
- Administer therapeutic exercises and hands-on manual therapy techniques as established by PT.
- Monitor and document progress, discuss modifying treatment plans with PT as necessary.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest level of care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas. (or eligibility to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping patients regain their health and mobility.
- Experience in orthopedics & geriatrics is a plus, but not required.
Our company has been helping patients, their families and our community in Huntsville since 2000. We added our second location in Conroe in 2016, and have learned to love the area and the people. We added our third location (second in Huntsville) in 2021. Employee count has just passed 40 (all locations combined) and our turnover is very low. We try to make sure we are the right fit for any new employee to ensure the culture remains upbeat, patient centered, and driven for success.
