Business Development Manager - Austin, TX

We're seeking a driven and experienced Financial Advisor & Business Developer to join our client's expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven book of business, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients all while collaborating within a high-performance team.
This is more than a traditional advisory role. You'll benefit from operational support, equity opportunities, and access to senior-level resources to help you land and manage complex relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Build and manage your personal book of business, with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning, portfolio analysis, and strategic investment recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to close complex deals and provide exceptional client service
- Represent the firm's values, growth strategy, and team-based client model
- Participate in strategic growth planning
- Work toward leading or establishing a branch office in a high-growth market
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- $250K+ in trailing 12-month revenue
- Minimum 10 HNW clients (>$1MM in household advisory relationships)
- 10+ financial plans completed in the past 12 months
- $25MM+ in current total Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Strong understanding of industry trends and desire to grow within an equity-sharing model
- Clear, confident communication skills and a passion for wealth management
Compensation & Growth Path :
- Competitive base salary + performance incentives
