Wings Over USA is looking for professional, guest-focused servers to join our team. We’re searching for individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. What We Expect:

- Knowledge of menu items and ability to confidently make recommendations
- Upselling food and cocktails to enhance the guest experience

- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, sections, and service areas
- Encourage guest feedback and online reviews
- Strong communication and people skills
- A dependable and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay calm and professional during busy shifts
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
