Owner Relations and Land Assistant

Owner Relations and Land Assistant Location Houston, TX (Uptown area) :

PO&G Resources is a rapidly growing, twenty-three-year-old private oil and gas company located in the Galleria/Uptown area of Houston, TX. With the ongoing expansion of our operations across multiple areas in the US and the launch of a second investor fund, we are seeking a key individual to fill the position of entry-level Owner Relations and Land Assistant to actively monitor all owner relations requests and add necessary support to the Land Department.

The candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities including:

• Respond to interest owner inquiries and serve as point of contact
• Monitor owner relations inbox and organize for response by Land employee
• Track incoming owner calls and emails and respond in a timely manner
• Assist Land & Land Administration teams with mailing correspondence
• Provide administrative support to land department
• Scan and organize land files
• Maintain positive relationship with owners and Working Interest partners
• Assist with clerical functions
• Support land staff with day-to-day duties
• Add owner information into owner maintenance

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Self-starter who can proactively manage the job functions and proactively communicate with management
• Practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving; hands on worker
• Well organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent customer service experience
• Ability to work give (5) days in the office
• Bachelors Degree required (entry level position)
