Connect Staffing is now hiring Entry-Level Shipping & Receiving Associates for a growing warehouse in Sunnyvale, TX that specializes in promotional items.

Location: Sunnyvale, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements for Entry-Level Shipping & Receiving Associate:

• No prior warehouse experience required – 3–6 months of experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly
• Basic computer and scanning skills for inventory tracking
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of warehouse tasks
• Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Associate, General Laborer, Order Picker, Stocker, Shipping Clerk, Receiving Clerk, or Material Handler is a plus!

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Shipping & Receiving Associate:

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and verify accuracy against purchase orders
• Accurately label, sort, and store products in designated areas
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools safely (training provided if needed)
• Manually lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
