Part-Time Clinical Dietitian - BSWH Corinth

Job Description

Aramark Healthcare + is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Dietiitan for Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital Rehab Corrinth in Denton, TX.

Schedule: Approximately 16 Hours per Week. Weekdays including Wednesdays. Flexible Schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN within 6 months
• Licensed Dietitian status in Texas within 6 months of hire
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
  
  

Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
