Position Summary: The BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers through the first steps of the vehicle sales process. Your role is crucial in creating a great first impression and helping drive dealership sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, internet leads, and online chat inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule sales appointments and follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the CRM system
• Proactively reach out to past customers to generate new business opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and excellent customer service
• Meet or exceed appointment setting and sales goals

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and basic computer applications
• Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience is a plus — but we will train the right candidate!
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
