AGV Equipment Technician
- Master the structure and working principle of factory production equipment and facilities and learn and improve their own equipment maintenance skills and level.
- Conduct regular and scheduled inspection of the production equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and eliminate potential equipment failures.
- Make daily operation records and maintenance records of the equipment system in a timely manner.
- Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Assist with aligning machines and equipment during installation, using hoists, jacks, squares, rulers, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
- Support in repairing any problems associated with new equipment.
- Follow work arrangement, timely repair the faulty equipment reported for repair, and ensure the maintenance quality.
- Maintain the equipment to prolong the longevity of service life and improve its utilization rate.
- Strictly abide by the safety operation rules, maintenance rules, and installation standards and specifications of the equipment.
- Perform other duties and special project, as assigned by management.
- Technical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical), familiarity with solar modules or semiconductors combined with relevant work experience is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (with photovoltaic industry preferred).
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and automation components preferred.
- Good knowledge of pneumatic systems.
- Ability to operate shop equipment, bench tools, hand tools, inspection and test equipment.
- Ability to use data analysis tools such as MS Excel and other applications.
- Dedicated and strive to achieve, hardworking and reliability, be able to adapt to shifts and work well under pressure.
- Technical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical), familiarity with solar modules or semiconductors combined with relevant work experience is preferred.

- This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment, which may involve exposure to various manufacturing conditions.
- Ability to work occasional extended hours or weekends as needed.
- Be able to lift to 25 pounds.
- Be able to communicate verbally efficiently.
- Sedentary work. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- The technician is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
