As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rafael Parker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - 1+ years of experience in customer service, with 1+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
