What Youll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory
- Prospect and cold call to grow sales within existing and new accounts
- Execute merchandising strategies, store resets, and product displays
- Manage daily orders using handheld devices
- Communicate clearly with store managers and internal teams
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Provide outstanding customer service and product support
- Youre a self-starter who enjoys working independently
- Youre friendly, reliable, and bring a positive attitude to every customer interaction
- Youre organized, punctual, and have strong follow-through
- Youre eager to learn and advance within a growing company
12 years of sales, customer service, or merchandising experience (preferred, not required)- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license, insured personal vehicle, and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 2550 lbs and perform merchandising tasks
- Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, order entry, route tracking)
- Flexible to start early and work occasional extended hours during busy periods
