Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illness evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practices in outpatient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
