Technician, Field Services – Contract

Duties:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and construction of SWD (saltwater disposal) facilities
- Handle general labor tasks and supports field operations based on project needs
- Assist with construction, installation, and maintenance of SWD sites and equipment
- Load/unload tools, pipes, pumps, and materials
- Repair pipelines, unload lines, and transfer systems
- Install piping for truck offload systems, tank batteries, and transfer lines
- Maintain pumps, valves, VFDs, and related equipment
- Perform tank cleanouts, plumbing tasks, and general site housekeeping
- Inspect and repair seals on pumps and related equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance, including downhole pump repairs
- Clean and maintain vehicles, tools, and job sites
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and reporting requirements
- Submit accurate timesheets and adhere to assigned schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Oil & gas experience and knowledge of SWD facilities preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., skid steer, forklift, manlift, polyfusing, pump mechanic)
